- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise) and, where applicable, include a one-time setup fee.
- Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your site remains live through the end of the current billing period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes take effect on your next renewal.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the specifics. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Content and ownership
You retain ownership of the content and business information you provide. You grant us the license needed to host, display, and operate your site. EagleHQ retains all rights to the underlying platform, software, and templates.
Availability
We work hard to keep the Services available and reliable, but they are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Services or other users.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
