Updates open as posts on eaglehq.us, your dashboard remembers which ones you've actually read on every device, and the big ones get one small card in the corner instead of a pop-up in your way.
The jobs calendar slides between days, weeks and months, lets you click an empty slot to book there, and moves, resizes and assigns jobs without a confirmation dialog, with Undo if you didn't mean it.
Talon can answer texts and missed calls on your business number and file each one as a lead, with urgent words sent straight to your phone.
Sell maintenance plans: members get their included visits booked ahead, their plan bill raised automatically, and their member discount applied to every job invoice.
Log receipts on a job so they come off its margin, talk instead of type to Talon and in job notes, choose when invoices go to QuickBooks, and download a mailing list of customers you haven't seen in a while.
Book it, do it, bill it: invoicing and card payments are now included on every plan, Starter too.
Owners decide which roles need two-step sign-in, and each person can use a passkey, a text message or an authenticator, with remembered devices so it isn't asked every day.
Create an invoice from any screen with one sheet, with or without a job, or just tell Talon what to bill and approve it.
Your assistant became Talon: answers stream in as they're written, a full workspace keeps your conversations, and a map card shows jobs and crew. Team invites also got a one-screen composer with a live preview and a QR code to hand over in person.
Protect accounts with an authenticator app, put a lead and helpers on the same job, and let services say which skills they need so jobs only go to crew who can do them.
Set who can buy without asking and up to how much, approve requests from one hub, and get help from EagleHQ support on a live shared screen that only starts with your yes.
There's no technician limit on any plan anymore and the crew app comes with every plan. The dashboard got a redesign too, with a Settings search that jumps straight to any setting.
Your team now stays signed in through our updates and after closing the app. The app also looks cleaner on phones, with no text spilling out of buttons and no screens sliding sideways.

Crew navigation shows the speed limit and live traffic and asks before switching to a faster route, and customer search in the office answers as you type.
Run jobs, the map, customers, crew, leads and invoices from your phone with screens built for it, approve timesheets a day at a time, and open a job page that leads with Call, Text and Go.
Your customers can watch the van on its way, see who's coming and open their receipt by link, and your booking form grew four styles, deposits, photos and a one-tap book again.
Each service you offer can ask its own follow-up questions, so a booking arrives with the details you'd otherwise phone back for, and quotes can be sent to a customer's account, shared by link for a no-login yes, or printed.
When a customer asks for help it reaches your business, in an inbox your office staff can work, and Payroll gained a list of hours to approve, fix or flag before pay day.
EagleHQ is on Android and keeps sharing location with the app closed, every date and time now shows in your business's own time zone, and getting paid on the job is a four-step checkout: invoice, payment, signature, receipt.
Jobs and Dispatch became one page, technicians can navigate to the job inside the app with spoken directions, you can replay a tech's day on the map, and the whole admin and tech portal now work properly on a phone.
Settings went from fourteen pages to six (Business, Website, Booking, Messages, Crew app and Account) and saves itself as you go. Leads and Marketing got hubs of their own, and a report library can email you a weekly or monthly digest.
Send estimates and quotes and turn them into work, make your invoices look like yours with templates, and word the texts and emails your customers get so they sound like your business.
Ask a question about your own business in plain words, like what's unpaid or who's free Thursday, and get an answer from your real jobs and invoices instead of digging through screens.
Keep every licence, insurance certificate and vehicle registration in one place, see at a glance what's about to expire, and decide who on your team can see which papers.
A Reports area shows how the business is doing in numbers you can act on, and location tracking keeps working in the background so the map is right even when the app is in a pocket.
See your crew moving on a live map, take bookings straight onto the schedule, keep a price book of what you charge, and track the stock you carry so a job isn't held up by a part nobody reordered.
Drag the end of a job to change how long it takes, the board stops you booking into the past, and every customer has a timeline of what happened and when, with duplicates you can merge into one record.
The schedule and dispatch were rebuilt around how a day actually runs: put jobs on the board, assign them to your crew and move them around, with roles that decide who on your team can do what.

A proper customer ledger arrived. Every person or company you work for has a record with the properties they own and the equipment installed at each, and an encrypted vault keeps gate codes and alarm codes apart from everything else.
Reviews on your site can carry a Verified badge showing they came from real, completed jobs, with a public page that explains exactly what the badge means so your customers can trust it.
Name your trucks and see them on the map, charge an invoice by card instead of just marking it paid, and give your technicians a portal that wears your brand rather than ours.
Two new dashboard cards answer the questions you open the dashboard to ask: who have we just worked for, and who still owes us. Open invoices show the outstanding total so you know the number without adding it up.

Technicians can build an invoice on the job and take payment before they leave, and a new Payroll area keeps track of who worked and what they're owed.

A Team page for everyone who works with you, so the people answering phones and the people turning wrenches each get the access they need.
Connect QuickBooks once and your EagleHQ invoices and payments flow into your books, so nobody types the same numbers in twice at the end of the month.
Jobs got a home: a schedule you can read at a glance and a dispatch board for deciding who goes where.
Your admin picked up the everyday tools: add your technicians, draw the areas you serve so customers outside them aren't booked by mistake, follow your crew and keep an eye on orders, all from one place.

The first version of the EagleHQ dashboard went live with the three things a service business needs before anything else: a place for bookings to land, a place to collect what customers say, and a way to see where the crew is.
Start free and you get the whole product as it is today, with the next update landing in your dashboard the day it ships.
