Security is core to how we build and operate EagleHQ. This statement summarizes the measures we take to protect your data.
Infrastructure
- Data is hosted with reputable cloud providers with strong physical and network security.
- We use row-level security in our database so records are only accessible to those authorized to see them.
Encryption
- Traffic to and from the Services is encrypted in transit using TLS.
- Data is encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
Access controls
- Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
- Sensitive staff actions can be protected by an additional PIN gate.
