This policy explains billing, cancellations, and refunds for EagleHQ subscriptions. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
- Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated) and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Your site stays live through the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial periods.
Setup fees
One-time setup fees cover custom design, domain configuration, and initial build work. Because that work begins immediately, setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Refunds
- Recurring subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll review it in good faith.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of the Services.
