These SMS Terms govern text messages sent through EagleHQ and the sites we host. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program description
EagleHQ and the businesses we host may send you text messages related to bookings, appointments, service updates, account and billing notices, and — where you have separately opted in — promotions. Messages are sent only to numbers that have consented to receive them.
Consent
- You consent to receive automated text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies depending on your activity (for example, booking confirmations and reminders).
- Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out and help
- Text STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may continue to receive service-critical messages where permitted by law.
- Text HELP for help, or contact us at hello@eaglehq.us.
- To resume messages after opting out, opt in again through the original method.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy
Mobile information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent for marketing or promotional purposes with third parties.
