How to report copyright infringement on sites we host.

Last updated July 3, 2026

EagleHQ respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on a site we host infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and enough information to locate it (such as the URL).
  • Your contact information (address, phone, email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Send notices to hello@eaglehq.us with the subject line "DMCA Notice".

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the information required by the DMCA.

Repeat infringers

We may disable or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
