EagleHQ is committed to permission-based communications and to keeping the email and SMS sent through the Services compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and similar laws.
What we require
Clients who send email or text messages through the Services must:
- Only message recipients who have given appropriate consent.
- Never send unsolicited bulk messages ("spam").
- Include accurate sender information and a valid physical mailing address in marketing email.
- Provide a clear, working way to unsubscribe from email, and honor STOP requests for SMS promptly.
- Refrain from using purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists.
Enforcement
We monitor for abuse and may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy or that generate excessive spam complaints. Certain messaging features may be limited on lower plan tiers.
Reporting
