Jobs slip, the booking side barely works, and when you call for help you get a ticket number instead of a person. That's a common story in this industry, and it's a dumb one, because the work itself is not that complicated.
So we built what a shop actually needs. Scheduling and dispatch, invoices and payments, GPS routing for the trucks, a portal the techs can run off a phone, and a booking page a customer can use at 9pm without calling anybody.
A custom website comes with it, built for your business instead of pulled off a template shelf. That's an included piece, not the pitch; your booking page has to live somewhere, and we'd rather make it good than charge you extra for it.
The other half of the bench is physical. Laser engraving, hat pressing, vinyl, sublimation, UV printing, all done here for about [10] regular clients, so the tumbler riding in your truck and the software on your phone come from the same place.
We're in beta, and we'd rather say that out loud than dress it up. The price is on the page, the trial doesn't ask for a card, and when something breaks you'll hear about the fix from the person who broke it.
