Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Rights for EU/UK and California residents, and how to use them.

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and describes rights available to residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California, along with how to exercise them.

EEA & UK (GDPR)

Depending on your circumstances, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Where we process data on behalf of a business client, we will refer your request to that client (the controller) and assist them in responding.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
  • Delete personal information we have collected, subject to exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
  • Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.
