Only your trade, everywhere, with longer reel clips and Talon in setup
Everything in your dashboard is now about your kind of work and nothing else. Reels, examples and suggestions all come from your trade. Your crew get a job checklist made for it, and your booking form asks your trade's questions. Talon helps from the first setup screen, and reel sample clips run much longer.
- Reels show only your trade's recipes, with the shared ones rewritten in your trade's words and footage
- Over 60 new trade reels, so every trade now has 44 or more, and sample shots run 5–12 seconds instead of 2–4
- Crew app job checklist: ID check on lockouts, chemical log, safety-reverse test and more, saved on the job
- Booking questions for your trade: car or house on a lockout, model number on a repair, an outside tap for a wash
- Talon helps in setup and knows your trade, so it never suggests another trade's work
- A full year for every trade: a season each month, and more blog ideas, FAQs, tips and extras
Nothing from another trade
A pool company used to see a plumber's reels and "e.g. Lockout" in its boxes. Now every business sees only its own trade:
- Reels. The shared recipes are written once and filled in with your trade's words. A locksmith's *Nature Documentary* stalks a jammed deadbolt; a cleaner's stalks soap scum. Recipes written for other trades never appear, and the Every trade switch is gone. Over 60 new recipes mean every trade has 44 or more.
- Examples. The grey hints in services, campaigns, crew details, the call taker, invoices, blog posts and the setup tagline all come from your work.
- Talon is told your trade and only suggests work from it.
Longer clips
Reel shots now run 5 to 12 seconds instead of 2 to 4. Every sample clip was re-cut to as much as 14 seconds, so the samples play long enough to say a line and show the work.
The crew's job checklist
Settings › Crew app › Job checklist sets the steps your crew tick on their phone: before they begin the work, and before they complete it. Each step is a tick or a short answer (a lot number, a refrigerant amount, a model number), and the required ones hold the job until they're done. The answers are saved on the job as an internal note. New businesses start with their trade's list, and Add the checklist fills in yours.
Booking questions for your trade
New businesses' services ask their trade's questions from day one. On Settings › Your trade, Add to my services puts them on any service that doesn't ask anything yet.
Talon from the first screen
Every setup step offers Ask Talon with questions for your trade, such as "What do pool techs usually charge for weekly service?" or "Write me three taglines". Talon knows you're in setup and helps you finish it.
Your trade, filled out
Every trade now has a season for each month of the year, eight or more blog ideas, six or more customer questions with answers, and more tips and price-book extras. Your trade shows only yours, and Change trade is there if sign-up guessed wrong.
