Sign-up asks once
Pick your kind of work when you sign up (there are now 15 to choose from) and everything after it is set up for that trade. A plumber starts with leak repair, drain cleaning and camera inspections, plus extras like emergency call-outs and water heater haul-away. A cleaner starts with deep cleans and move-outs, plus inside-the-fridge and pet-hair add-ons. The setup run says which trade it's set up for, and its services step opens on your trade's jobs and extras.
Features your kind of business rarely uses start switched off, so a cleaning company doesn't open a dashboard full of van stock. Turn anything back on from Settings whenever you want it.
Settings › Your trade
One page with everything EagleHQ knows about your kind of work:
- Things nobody thinks about. The small things that cost jobs, like checking ID on every lockout, logging chemicals on every pool visit, the lead-safe rules for pre-1978 homes, a pets-and-kids notice before pest treatment, or what rain does to the lawn route. Each one links to where it's done, and you tick it off when it's sorted.
- Worth connecting. Maintenance plans, financing, your gallery, the Vault for gate and alarm codes, Google Business Profile, your accounting software and Talon on the phone. The ones that pay off for your trade are listed first.
- This month. What to push now, and what's coming, from AC tune-ups in April to termite swarms in spring and sprinkler blow-outs in the fall.
- Price list and content ideas. Extras your trade usually charges for, blog posts people search for, and customer questions with answers ready to copy into your FAQs.
- Just what you use. One tap switches off the features your trade rarely needs.
