Fair questions
Talon answers from your own details: your services, prices, hours, service area and anything you add in Settings › Talon AI. When a question isn't covered, it says so and passes the question to you instead of guessing.
In your dashboard, every change Talon suggests waits for you to tap Confirm. In Support it drafts replies but never sends one. In the chat it only books the way you chose: as a request you confirm, or straight onto the schedule.
No. It only offers times your schedule shows as free, and each booking is checked again the moment it's made.
You choose the words that mean “a person, now” (leak, flood, no heat and so on). When a text has one, the lead is marked urgent and you get a text straight away. Talon also goes quiet for a while after someone on your team texts the customer, so it never talks over a person.
