What your customer sees
Once a visit is booked, the thank-you screen becomes its live tracker. When your tech starts the drive, the customer sees the van, the ETA and who's coming, and can share the link with whoever's home.
What you choose
In Settings › Booking you decide whether customers see the live map, the ETA only, or nothing until arrival, and whether booking asks for a deposit.
