Settings in six pages, and Leads and Marketing hubs

Settings went from fourteen pages to six (Business, Website, Booking, Messages, Crew app and Account) and saves itself as you go. Leads and Marketing got hubs of their own, and a report library can email you a weekly or monthly digest.
