Answer every visitor, even when you're on a job
Switch it on in Settings › Live chat and a chat bubble appears in the corner of every page on your website, in your colours and with your logo.
When a visitor writes, Talon answers right away using what it already knows from your Settings: your services, your prices, your hours and your booking link. It asks for their name and a phone number or email, and never promises an arrival time.
Every chat is a lead
Each conversation lands in Leads with the whole chat on it. Open it and reply, and your message shows up in the visitor's chat within seconds. Talon steps back while you're talking.
How many replies you get
Live chat is on every plan. Your plan sets how many messages Talon answers each month: Starter 25, Pro 150, Growth 750, and Enterprise as many as your AI credits allow. After that, visitors get a short "we'll be right with you" reply and you answer from Leads. The chat never stops working.
