A simpler sidebar, one + New button, and quicker billing
The sidebar is down to eight places in three groups, related pages open together and switch instantly, and a top bar puts search, + New, Talon and Help on every page. Billing finished work and chasing late invoices now take one tap.
- Home, Jobs and Inbox for the day; Customers, Money and Team for the business; Marketing and Settings
- Money holds Invoicing and Reports, Team holds Crew and Inventory, and Inbox holds Leads, customer messages and Approvals, each switching without a reload
- One + New menu for a job, call, customer, invoice or quote, and a wide search for anything
- Bill and Bill all on unbilled work, Send reminder and Remind all on late invoices
- Same as last time books a repeat customer in three taps
Finding your way
The left side now has two columns. The first lists your eight places, each with its name under the icon. The second lists everything inside the one you're in: open Money and you see Invoices, Quotes, Price Book, Payments and all of Reports. Settings lists its pages there too, grouped as Business, Website & booking, Money, Messages & AI, Team and Account. Fold the second column away if you want the room.
On every page
The bar across the top has a search that finds customers, jobs, invoices and settings (Ctrl or ⌘ K), one + New button, Ask Talon, and Help. Talon no longer floats over your screen. On a phone it has its own button in the bottom bar.
Fewer clicks
- Unbilled work: a Bill button on each job opens the invoice with the work already on it, for a quick look before it goes. Bill all walks through them one by one.
- Late invoices: Send reminder sits on each overdue row, and Remind all overdue chases every one, after telling you who has no email address.
- Duplicates: if a customer looks like they're on here twice, a banner says so and takes you straight to the merge.
- Booking a regular: Same as last time fills in the address, the job, the price and the tech, so you only pick a time.
