EagleHQ runs your schedule, crew, invoices and website in one place, with unlimited technicians on every plan. Here's how it compares to Jobber, line by line, including the parts where Jobber wins.
Slide to your crew size. Jobber charges for every user past the ones your plan includes, and EagleHQ never charges per technician, so the gap grows every time you hire.
EagleHQ plan
Jobber plan
Your whole crew of 5, any size
$49 plus 4 extra users at $29 each
You keep, every year
$1,212
That's $101 a month back in the business, and your website is included on top.
Paying yearly brings EagleHQ Pro down to $51 a month.
Jobber's published month-to-month prices for one user, plus their per-user charge. Jobber also sells team bundles and yearly discounts that can lower this, so check their pricing page for your exact quote.
Every EagleHQ plan includes unlimited technicians, so your fifth or fifteenth hire doesn't change the bill. You choose a plan for the tools you need, not for your headcount.
We build your business website for you, on the same system as your schedule. A customer who books online lands straight on your calendar, with no plugin and no second login.
Send us your Jobber exports and we bring your clients, properties, jobs, invoices and price list across, so nobody spends a Saturday night retyping a customer list.
Inventory down to each truck, payroll, fleet tracking and a secure vault for gate codes all live inside EagleHQ, so you aren't paying for three more apps the year you add a second van.
Tap through what you get. Each piece is built in, not bolted on, and the last line says how Jobber handles the same job.
We design and build your business website and connect it to your booking, reviews and gallery, so it never turns into a brochure that goes stale.
JobberJobber's plans don't include a business website.

Clients, properties, jobs, invoices and your price list, straight from Jobber's own export buttons. It takes about ten minutes.
Every column is mapped where you can see it, so a phone number never lands in the email field.

Fair's fair
A few things, and we'd rather you hear them from us than find out later.
Jobber connects to more third-party tools than we do. If you rely on one in particular, ask us before you switch and we'll tell you straight whether it works with EagleHQ.
Jobber has apps on iPhone and Android. EagleHQ has an Android app and works in any phone's browser, so iPhone crews use it from the home screen rather than the App Store.
Jobber has been around since 2011. We're newer, which is why every update we ship is dated on our public changelog, so you can see the work instead of taking our word for it.
Yes. Jobber lets you export your clients, jobs, invoices and products as CSV files from Settings or the top of each list, and we import them into your EagleHQ account for you. Running it again later updates records rather than duplicating them.
For most crews, yes, because EagleHQ never charges per technician. For one person on Jobber Core it can be close or cheaper on their side, which is why the calculator above lets you check your own crew size rather than taking our word for it.
Yes, on every plan. There's no technician cap anywhere in EagleHQ, so the price on the pricing page is the price for your whole crew, whether that's two people or twenty.
No. Plans are month to month, you can cancel anytime from your billing page, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. Paying yearly is optional and just costs less.
Yes. We design and build your business website as part of every plan, on your own domain. It runs on the same system as your schedule, so online bookings, reviews and your gallery update themselves.
Please do. Start the free trial, run a week of real jobs through it, and keep Jobber running until you're sure. Nothing about the trial needs a card.
You talk to a person. Open a ticket from your account or use the contact page, and Talon, the built-in assistant, can answer most how-do-I questions straight from your own data.
They're Jobber's published prices as of the date shown under the calculator. Prices change, so check Jobber's own pricing page before you decide.
Run a week of your actual work through EagleHQ on the free trial, then keep whichever one made your week easier.
